Client: Beard Construction
Project: Partial demolition of external wall in 1890's grade 2* listed chapel
Brief: To enable the chapel to be extended, works involved installation of temporary propping according to the Engineer’s design, to allow the removal of the lower half of 1000mm thick masonry walls while retaining structures above. The structures above included a priceless, historic stained glass window to 4 apses and sanctuary on this beautiful 1890’s Grade 2* listed building.
