UVDB (Utilities Vendor Data Base) accreditation - 100%
Maylarch receive 100% in site and office annual audit for our UVDB (Utilities Vendor Data Base) accreditation. This is a scheme that utility companies use (such as Thames Water Utilities, Skanska, National Grid, Carillion, to name a few) to select pre-qualified contractors for any works they require carrying out.

Maylarch achieve Gold EXOR accreditation
Maylarch are delighted to achieve Gold EXOR Accreditation. The EXOR Gold scheme is a SSIP-approved health and safety assessment scheme for contractors who want to demonstrate that they’re taking responsibility for their legal health and safety requirements. When you join you are guided through an accreditation process which ensures our health and safety arrangements meets legal industry requirements. Once completed we have been added to the database of accredited subcontractors, which is accessed by over 370 of our big brand clients looking for pre-approved contractors to work on their site

Asbestos and other overlapping legislation in Construction Projects
As Construction professionals we all have to deliver bespoke projects with demanding time and financial constraints to add to this challenge. We also have to navigate various bits of legislation to keep our people safe and projects compliant. When it comes to Asbestos the legislation is specific and with new sentencing guidelines that came into force in 2016 we have seen some record fines this year for breaches of asbestos regulations. More importantly it is about protecting people’s health, currently over 3,000 people a year are dying from asbestos related diseases!
