ACAD Apprentice of the Year 2019 – Nominees!
ACAD have announced their shortlist for ACAD Apprentice of the Year 2019 and we are proud to announce that our very own Michael Mullan has been nominated. We have to wait until Thursday 6 June when they will be hosting their Golf Day & Gala Dinner to mark 26 years of supporting the Asbestos Industry. Good luck to all nominees.

UVDB (Utilities Vendor Data Base) accreditation - 100%
Maylarch receive 100% in site and office annual audit for our UVDB (Utilities Vendor Data Base) accreditation. This is a scheme that utility companies use (such as Thames Water Utilities, Skanska, National Grid, Carillion, to name a few) to select pre-qualified contractors for any works they require carrying out.

Maylarch retain Asbestos Licence
Maylarch obtained their first licence in 1999 and have retained a licence ever since. We are delighted to announce that following a detailed assessment we have gained another 3 year licence to work with asbestos.

First Asbestos Removal Supervisor to gain Level 3 NVQ through ARCA

CPD session on Managing Asbestos in Construction Projects
A thoroughly engaging afternoon spent delivering our CPD session on Managing Asbestos in Construction Projects to Carter Jonas at their Oxford offices, some good points raised and questions asked by our hosts who now go away with a better understanding of their, and their client’s, role regarding Asbestos management on projects both above and below ground. We look forward to assisting them on future projects with an Asbestos contamination problem onsite.
