Discussing Maylarch Skills Training with judges from the West Oxfordshire Business Awards 2013
In November 2012, Maylarch entered the WOBA 2013 JSP Skills Training Awards and today we met with the judging panel to discuss Maylarch’s commitment to its staff skills training. James Johnstone and Steve Sanders from JSP and Cally Robson for Catallyse came and had a cup of tea whilst they conducted the interview which lasted for about an hour, during which we explained the approach and vision adopted by Maylarch towards the training of its employees whether they are working on site or in the office.
It was great to get their feedback, but they wouldn’t tell us anything about the awards! Good luck to all those who have entered this year.
The 2013 finalists will be announced at the Caterham F1 Team’s HQ in Leafield on Tuesday 29th January and we hope to be shortlisted. We will keep you posted on this and you can follow the @wobateam on Twitter.
