Dutch perspective on responsibility during the demolition works
The Dutch Demolition Association, VERAS, has compiled a Code for Responsible Commissioning and Contracting during the Tendering and Execution of Demolition Works.
The Code describes what professional clients, contractors and other parties involved can expect of each other during the tendering and execution of a demolition project.
Compiled with the help of leading specifiers, engineering firms and supervisors in the demolition sector, it is available in English here and is worth a read.
