David Parrott exhibiting in Hamburg
Following on from his successful exhibition at the European Contemporary Art Exhibition in Dounan Art Museum, China, our experienced Demolition Operatives, David Parrott is exhibiting some of his paintings at the Pashmin Art Gallery Hamburg between 27th May and 29th June.
The 4 artists included in the exhibition have been working with the concept of vision by questioning the illusion of reality and constructing new, even grotesque images.
David Parrott was born in Oxford and grew up here with the nearby landscape as a backyard, which permanently made him feel in contact with the landscape that later became the subject of his painting. One focus of his work lies on experimenting and finding new techniques through the use of a variety of media and materials.
